  Moving back to Michigan to be with his wife and pets. Mel plans on playing golf and being active with the church. If he gets bored he may decide to do some consulting work in the area of railroad training with simulators. He is also looking into volunteering for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary station located locally in Alpena, MI.

  Mel says "I'll miss the area and the guys, and am looking forward to retirement."
