More Info

Designed to be effortlessly accessible, the Friend to Friend Network enables Union Pacific employees to contribute through monthly payroll deductions, fostering a culture of continuous support. Those who prefer a one-time donation have the option for a single payroll deduction, making it flexible to contribute in a way that suits individual circumstances.

The scope of assistance is comprehensive, covering employees, retirees, and their immediate family members (spouse or child) who face sudden medical emergencies necessitating hospitalization or time off work, as well as those affected by severe dwelling-related emergencies like fires, floods, or other extreme weather events.

The network not only provides financial aid but also embraces a community-driven approach, inviting employees to become Ambassadors. These volunteers play a pivotal role in expanding the network’s reach and impact, helping to develop new resources and initiatives.

For those seeking assistance or interested in contributing to this vital cause, the Friend to Friend Network encourages reaching out to a committee member for guidance. This network exemplifies the spirit of unity and mutual aid, ensuring no member of the Union Pacific family has to face hardship alone.
