Lantern gives you access to excellent and affordable care for planned orthopedic/musculoskeletal surgical
procedures, with 1:1 help from a personal care advocate (finding a surgeon, scheduling, and more).
Highlights
- 1:1 help at every step from a personal care advocate.
- Surgeons in-network must pass a comprehensive quality review focused on outcomes.
- Included in medical benefits at no additional cost.
- If travel is needed, you may receive a prepaid debit card for eligible travel expenses (gas, meals, hotel).

Cardiac Care Program COE — Cleveland Clinic
This Center of Excellence (COE) benefit program provides access to high quality cardiac care at Cleveland Clinic,
with concierge support (including travel arrangements) so you can focus on your heart, health, and recovery.
Highlights

- One of the largest cardiovascular practices in the U.S.; performs more than 5,000 heart surgeries each year.
- Concierge service and travel arrangements/coordination.
- Deductible and co-insurance may be waived for qualifying procedures (plan rules apply).
